What will you do?
We seek a highly skilled Business Development Representative with a strong background in B2B sales to join our rapidly growing company. This role requires a strategic and proactive mindset, focusing on prospecting and building relationships with potential clients. As a Business Development Representative at our company, you will play a crucial role in shaping our partnerships and driving our growth. Your responsibilities will include proactive outbound prospecting, lead management, account-based marketing, and segmented prospecting. Additionally, you will collaborate with the sales team to support the sales cycle, conduct introductory meetings, and gather client requirements. You will strategize, plan, and develop prospecting and sales strategies to initiate and lead sales processes with large global brands across various verticals.
Your contributions will directly impact our success by expanding our customer base.
Responsibilities
- Generate sales-qualified leads and opportunities through proactive outbound prospecting.
- Manage and track the outbound and inbound lead pipeline for all sales opportunities. Execute a comprehensive prospecting plan, incorporating research, cold outreach, social selling, leveraging personal networks, and following up on leads.
- Collaborate with the sales team to support the sales cycle, conduct introductory meetings, and gather client requirements.
- Identify key questions and pain points of prospects and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Continuously improve and optimize the business development process to enhance conversion rates.
- Collaborate with company executives and other resources to secure new clients.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of professional B2B tech sales or Business Development Representative (BDR) experience in cybersecurity (mandatory).
- Native English speaker with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and research skills, effectively applied in the sales process.
- Sales-oriented and highly motivated with a strong drive to succeed.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills, approachability, and the ability to build relationships with prospects.
- Ability to interact and communicate effectively with individuals at all levels of an organization.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment with minimal supervision.
- Working hours are from 12:00-20:00.
- Technical experience is an advantage.
- Consulting background is an advantage.
